Product Manager (Japanese Language)

SourceFuse Technologies hiring Product Manager with 5+ years of experience.Please note : The candidate should be willing to relocate to Japan.Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and features.Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.Roadmap & Planning : Develop detailed production timelines, launch plans, and pricing strategies to guide product introduction.Product Development : Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research and analysis.Marketing Strategy : Create and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market positioningTechnical Roadmap Ownership : CPartner with engineering leads to define the technical feasibility, dependencies, and timelines of product initiatives.Backlog Prioritization : Translate technical complexity into business impact to balance feature development with scalability and performance improvements.Quality & Release Management : Oversee end-to-end release planning, including QA, UAT, and deployment readinessSecurity & Compliance Awareness : Ensure features meet HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR and other data protection standards.Platform Evolution : Drive architectural discussions for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.Skills & Abilities : One who can understand client visionOne who can do Market Research / stakeholder interviews / analysisHas experience with Product Roadmap -Features / Epic / StoriesHas Deep experience in wireframing productsWill be Working closely with designers (keen sense of Ui and UX)Has Design Thinking experience / Mind mapsHas the Ability to create compelling product presentationsHas Experience working with Agile Development teamAPI and Integration Knowledge : Ability to conceptualize and manage API-based products, integrations, and data flow between systems.Data-Driven Decision Making : Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Tableau) for product performance insights.Tech Stack Awareness : Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams about technologies like React, Node.js, microservices, and containerization.AI / ML Familiarity : Understanding of AI-driven features, data pipelines, and model integration (if relevant to your roadmap).Japanese Language - Mandatory
