Lead day-to-day operations of the bakery section with a focus on consistency and quality
Plan and execute a wide variety of breads, cakes, desserts, and seasonal baked goods
Develop and test new recipes in line with current trends and guest preferences
Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
Manage inventory, costing, and procurement of baking ingredients
Train, mentor, and evaluate bakery staff to build a high-performing team
Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams for event-specific menus and premium offerings
Monitor guest feedback and continuously innovate to enhance satisfaction
