Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM Developer (EPBCS) with 710 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications, particularly in Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS).
The ideal candidate will have experience across Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects modules, along with proficiency in OIC integrations and a solid understanding of Oracles financial planning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and support EPBCS modules Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
- Work on Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Deliver end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with at least 1+ full lifecycle experience
- Design and build complex Business Rules, Smart Forms, and OIC integrations across financial planning

Understand dependencies and relationships between different Oracle EPM Cloud components and how they impact the financial planning processCollaborate with FP&A teams to support and streamline planning, forecasting, and reporting processesDocument both functional and technical elements of the system for ongoing use and supportStay current with the Oracle EPM Cloud roadmap, identifying areas for enhancement and optimizationApply agile methodologies and design thinking approaches in partnership with internal stakeholdersPreferred Skills & Tools :
Oracle EPM Cloud strong hands-on experience across EPBCS and EPCMOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience building and maintaining integrationsEDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) knowledge is a plusPython & AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge) preferred for integration and automation use casesStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsExperience working in fast-paced environments and cross-functional teamsref : hirist.tech)
