Fingertip Technologies - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analytics.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with development, operations, and finance teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure timely and within-budget project completion while managing risks and roadblocks.
• Create deployment plans, project scope, and articulate project scope changes to stakeholders to create change requests.
• Create user journey using business flow tools Work with the UI / UX team to create the product.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify areas of process improvement using analytical insights and suggest data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess project performance and impact.
• Able to travel as required for project needs and stakeholder engagements.
