About This Role

We are seeking an experienced ESG professional to lead the development and implementation of VOIS's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. This role is pivotal in aligning VOIS's sustainability efforts with Vodafone Group's ESG vision, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercial value through ESG differentiation. The individual will collaborate with senior stakeholders across global VOIS locations, manage ESG data reporting, and act as the key liaison with Vodafone Group's ESG and Sustainability teams.

What You'll Do

• Define and lead the ESG strategy for VOIS across a 1–5 year horizon, aligned with Vodafone Group's ESG policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Integrate ESG into VOIS's commercial value proposition to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and Centre Heads across VOIS to co-develop ESG objectives, delivery plans, and success metrics.
• Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to track ESG progress and escalate risks.
• Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and Vodafone Group policies, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Provide technical ESG advisory services to internal stakeholders.
