Senior Scrum Master & BA- ServiceNow

What success looks like in this role :

• Provides leadership and oversight to the Technical Writing group for the ServiceNow practice.
• Oversees team efforts to create compelling interesting and clear documentation that enhances and accurately describes the companys products enabling clients to effectively use and maximize product features and capabilities.
• Ensures effective collaboration with product user experience other engineering and subject matter experts throughout product design and development to gather information and define documentation requirements. With responsibility of doing Business Analyst responsibilities.
• This includes ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Your leadership will guide the team through iterative development cycles ensuring that goals are met timelines are adhered to and the overall project vision is achieved.
