Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including tracking daily leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, assigning leads, and maintaining detailed CRM records.
• Plan and execute tele-calling, WhatsApp marketing, and local initiatives to increase walk-ins and reactivate lapsed customers.
• Support sales targets by coordinating with sales teams, analyzing lead patterns, and suggesting corrective actions to improve conversions.
• Enhance customer experience through timely service, follow-ups, loyalty programs, referral tracking, and long-term engagement workflows.
• Create weekly and monthly CRM dashboards, review performance, and provide insights to leadership for campaign planning and sales forecasting.
