Product Designer - UX / UI Design

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX) to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong visual sense, and a passion for crafting intuitive and delightful user experiences for B2C digital products. Youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to transform complex problems into simple, elegant, and scalable solutions that resonate with millions of users.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Design Ownership : Drive the UX design process from discovery to delivery including user research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final high-fidelity designs.
• User Research & Insights : Conduct and analyze user research to understand behavior, pain points, and motivations, translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• Design Systems : Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products and platforms.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Interaction & Visual Design : Craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive designs with a focus on accessibility and usability.
• Prototyping & Testing : Develop interactive prototypes to test concepts quickly and refine designs based on data and feedback.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Collaborate with analytics and product teams to evaluate design success using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Stay Current : Keep up with the latest UX / UI trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously raise the bar for product design quality.
