About the role :

Partner across the business with executives and corporate development personnel as a trusted advisor to manage all stages of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business opportunities, lead due diligence, draft and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents, manage corporate governance aspects, and support post-closing integration efforts.

Expectations / Requirements :

• Bar admission or equivalent and in good standing to practice law in your relevant jurisdiction.
• Advise key stakeholders on risk-rated options to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes to satisfy various interests.
• Familiarity with startups, publicly traded companies, corporate governance, and corporate entity matters; and familiarity with corporate governance matters.
• Provide regular reporting to internal department stakeholders.
• Advise key stakeholders on risk-rated options to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes to satisfy various interests.
• Investments transactions.
