Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow QA Engineer with a strong background in automated testing using ServiceNow ATF. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing multiple ServiceNow implementations and upgrades, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for modules such as :
- CMDB
- Incident / Problem Management
- Service Request / Catalog
- Change Management
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- Conduct thorough testing for ServiceNow implementations, including version upgrades.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure quality and performance standards are met throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and client-centric approach while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.Proven experience in testing at least two ServiceNow implementations, including upgrades.Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a high-performance environment.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.ref : hirist.tech)
