Job Role / Designation : Finance Manager
Responsibilities of the role :
- The Finance Manager at Neutrinos will be instrumental in improving the quality of the Groups consolidated financial reporting.
- Candidate should have the professionalism and experience to act as a trusted Finance Lead at a time of change and further expansion in the organisation.
- This is a period of rapid expansion and growth of the Group and the desired candidate will need to be a motivated self-starter and make sure the finance function is delivering value at all times.
- Reporting Line : For time being this position will report directly to CFO.
Main responsibilities :
The main duties are below :
Take ownership of accounts finalisation each month end for the Parent and its international subsidiary companies.Ensure Monthly books closure on time including all Vendor, Revenue and interco provisions / reconciliationsFinalise monthly Payroll along with HR and ensure timely accounting and paymentMonthly Review with CFO of Consolidated Financial Statements, involving multi-currency intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.Report and produce Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Management reports, Budgets and monthly forecasts, actuals versus plan management analytics for ReportingResponsible for day-to-day team handling and transaction related to P2P, R2R, AP, Fixed Assets, BRS etc.Create Revenue & Spend related insightful Dashboards to tap Revenue leakage and drive cost saving opportunitiesResponsible for day to day banking Transactions and working capital Management, monthly cashflow forecasting
Work with external consultants and ensure the Group complies with all applicable regulatory filings (Direct taxes / Indirect Taxes / Payroll compliance along with HR / Other statutory filings) pertaining to various geographies.Develop and implement best practice processes, ICOFR / SOX, Revenue Recognition Policies, E- invoicing, Commercial contracting, systems and relevant Trackers across the Group.Key point of contact for auditors, taking day to day responsibility for the smooth running of the audit process. Able to Deal with technical accounting issues and guide entire Audit processClosely work with various Inter-departmental functionsDesired candidate should have the following :
Strong academics with a relevant degree. Must be qualified accountant with minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience (ideally CA / CIMA / CPA)Candidate should have an audit background (preferably big-4) and / or recent experience of preparing consolidated financial statements for an international group.Candidate should have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical, report writing and communication skills.Working knowledge of IND-AS and US-GAAP or IFRSSound knowledge of Revenue Recognition principlesExperience of Global ERP accounting software would be beneficial.ref : iimjobs.com)
