Role Overview :
As City Sales Head, you will define and execute sales strategies, build a high-performance team, and drive revenue growth. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, execution excellence, and team motivation.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive patient conversions and revenue growth.
Sales Playbooks & Processes : Design and implement sales playbooks to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
Team Building & Leadership : Hire, train, and mentor a high-performance sales & business development team.
Motivating & Coaching Teams : Inspire and empower teams with goal-setting, incentives, and a winning culture.
Channel Partnerships : Develop partnerships with doctors, physiotherapists, and wellness professionals to drive patient referrals.
Data-Driven Approach : Use analytics tools (CRM, dashboards) to monitor performance and optimize strategy.
Market Expansion : Identify new locations for clinic expansion and execute on-ground activation campaigns.
