Key Activities & Role Responsibilities :
Recruitment Strategy : Collaborate with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
EndtoEnd Hiring : Manage sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding processes to fill technical and nontechnical roles efficiently.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work directly with leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Candidate Experience : Ensure clear communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Onboarding : Facilitate smooth integration of new hires with rolespecific training and orientation.
Workforce Planning : Track hiring metrics and anticipate staffing needs to support business growth.
Experience & Skillsets
Industry Experience :
3 years of experience in recruitment HR or talent acquisition roles ideally in small or growing organizations.
Prior experience hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries (e.g. EMS PCBA) is a strong plus.
Skills Abilities & Knowhow
Recruitment Expertise : Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools sourcing platforms and techniques.
Stakeholder Management : Strong communication skills to work directly with leadership and external vendors.
