Location : Pune / Bengaluru

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for AI to lead the development and execution of our AI-driven product strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a strategic thinker and doer who can bridge the gap between engineering, design, and business. You will be the face of our AI initiatives—internally and externally—driving innovation, shaping product vision, and representing us in industry forums and with partners.

What You'll Do

Define and own the product roadmap for AI and ML-powered features and platforms.

Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable AI solutions.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business value.

Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.

Stay ahead of AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Represent the company in external engagements, including conferences, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships.

Drive product metrics, user feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

Expertise You'll Bring

15+ years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on AI / ML or data-driven products.

Strong technical background—degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Hands-on experience working with AI / ML teams and understanding of model development, deployment, and evaluation.

Proven track record of shipping successful products in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data / ML stacks is a plus.

Comfortable representing the company in technical and business settings.
