SAP System Management : Lead SAP system installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Performance & Troubleshooting : Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
User & Role Administration : Manage user and role administration, ensuring proper access control and security.
Patching & Upgrades : Apply support packages, conduct kernel upgrades, and manage system upgrades efficiently.
Monitoring & Recovery : Implement robust system monitoring and establish effective backup / recovery procedures.
24 / 7 Support : Participate in providing 24 / 7 rotational support to ensure the smooth operations of critical SAP systems for our Skills and Experience Required :
SAP Basis Core : Proven expertise in SAP Basis administration, covering installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
SAP HANA & S / 4HANA : Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA and S / 4HANA environments.
Migrations & Upgrades : Demonstrated experience in SAP system migration and upgrade projects.
Cloud Platforms : Experience working with any major Cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
REX (Minimum 6+ years) : Relevant experience as an SAP Basis professional.
Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and customers.
Customer-Facing : Proven experience in a customer-facing role, managing client expectations and providing solutions
