What You’ll Do
Drive
data migration
from external tools to Service Now, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with SMEs to define
data mappings
and functional requirements.
Provide
best-practice guidance
on CSM / OM data models and their impact on processes.
Manage
large-scale data extractions and transformations
into Service Now formats.
Handle all data objects within
CSM / OM processes
(accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).
What We’re Looking For
6+ years
of hands-on experience as a
Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner
on the Service Now platform.
Strong knowledge of :
CSM
(Case Management, CSM Portal)
Order Management
(Service Now or similar tools)
Service Now Platform
CSDM
Data Mapping, Data Models, API Integration
Familiarity with
ITIL ,
Agile SCRUM , and large transformation projects.
Bonus : Experience with
CSM / OM best practices
and
impact analysis.
