Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Pune and Gurgaon. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for offering travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and providing top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include booking reservations, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients. The Travel Consultant will also provide support in managing travel plans and addressing any issues that arise during the travel process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct customer handling (voice and chat).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Sabre GDS.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
