Qualification : MBA+Graduation (Engineering background preferred)

Role Overview :

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to oversee and optimize sales coordination activities.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to manage leads, quotations, pricing strategies, and ensure seamless customer engagement.
  • This role is critical in enhancing sales efficiency and customer satisfaction in the industrial automation sector.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :

  • Manage end-to-end sales coordination for industrial automation and control system solutions.
  • Oversee quotation preparation, pricing discussions, and negotiations to ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-up activities, and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including sales executives, operations managers, and the pricing team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities, including documentation and logistics support.
  • Ensure timely updates and accurate data management in CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Monitor customer feedback and relay product / service issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings and provide insights on customer trends, sales pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
  • Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing internal sales processes effectively.
  • Required Skillsets :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and customers.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic understanding of industrial automation products and services is a plus.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage price discussions confidently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales analytics reporting tools
