Job Role : Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Summary :

Floraison is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves providing comprehensive financial and accounting services to our diverse client base, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and ensuring seamless delivery of our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service within an accounting firm or company, with a proven ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Holistically deliver agreed services to allocated clients on an end-to-end basis, adhering to signed letters of engagement and accepted proposals, with a sense of purpose, responsibility, and ownership. Services include :

o    Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Reporting

o    Payroll and Labor Law Compliances

o    Indirect Tax – GST Compliances

o    Corporate and Regulatory – MCA and FEMA

o    Coordination for Statutory and Tax audits
