We are seeking a dynamic Legal Manager / Senior Manager with 6–12 years of experience, preferably from a reputed law firm for our client which is into commercial real estate .
The role involves managing complex legal transactions, especially in real estate, M&A, and debt investments. The candidate will handle legal due diligence, litigation, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. A strong grasp of corporate and sector-specific laws is essential. This position offers an opportunity to work in a high-impact and fast-paced environment.
- Independently manage investments, divestments, and debt transactions across India
- Support in legal due diligence and land title diligence
- Provide legal advice and counsel across business
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts
- Manage and oversee litigation, working closely with external legal counsel when required
