About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations or adjacent functions such as campaign operations, CRM, marketing automation, or growth marketing. You’ll be responsible for streamlining and scaling our marketing processes across multiple areas—including product marketing, social media, and other key marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations & Process Management Support the execution and optimization of marketing workflows, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
- Assist in developing documentation, playbooks, and process improvements for scaling marketing efforts.
- Cross-Channel Coordination Collaborate with teams across product marketing, social, email, and growth to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
- Help manage campaign timelines, content calendars, and project trackers.
- Technology & Tooling Use and maintain marketing tools Assist with data hygiene, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Performance Monitoring Support reporting efforts by gathering and analyzing data from campaigns and digital channels.
- Help identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better processes or tools.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing operations or adjacent roles such as CRM, campaign ops, or growth.Familiarity with tools like Clevertap, Moengage, WebengageHighly organized with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
