Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis & Insights : Conduct deep-dive analysis on ACS digital tools, customer behavior, and operational performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track tool effectiveness, utilization, and impact on Above-Wing and Below-Wing operations.
- Data Sourcing & Validation : Identify and validate data sources required for creating dashboards and tracking tools and technologies
- A / B Testing & Experimentation : Design and analyze A / B tests to assess the impact of new ACS tool features and optimizations on operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Data Modeling & Visualization : To analyze and visualize key operational data, use SQL, Python, R, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAS, Hyperion, and Qualtrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with ACS leaders, product owners, IT, and business units to provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.
- Tactical & Strategic Support : Assist with research and implementation of performance metrics to support ACS agents and customers.
- Data Governance & Quality : Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by collaborating with data engineering teams.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors or masters in data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related fieldExperience : 2 - 3 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related fields, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.Technical Skills :Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.Strong experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis.Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SAS)A / B testing and statistical analysis expertise.AWS technologies.Good to have :
Experience with project management.Understanding of ACS operations, product development, revenue management, and customer experience.ID : DELAL03
