Lead AWS Data Engineer

with following skillset :

As a Technical Lead in Data Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines on Big Data platforms and AWS S3. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance, enabling our organization to make data-driven decisions. Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes on Big Data platforms and AWS S3. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. Implement best practices for data management, including data governance, data quality, and data security. Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering and Big Data. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Data Engineer. Good understanding of Big Data technologies (e.G., Hadoop, Spark) and AWS S3. Good understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
