Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive action plans
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational activities
• Prepare and submit HSE reports to regulatory authorities and senior management
• Champion a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization
