Key Accountabilities :
Staffing & Capacity Management
- Collaborate with Resourcing Manager and project managers to maintain accurate records of staff availability, skill sets, and project allocations (to include management of Expertise Workbook)
- Support resource planning meetings and update relevant tools / systems with current staffing data
- Identify resourcing gaps or overallocations and escalate as appropriate
Reporting & Data Analysis
Develop and maintain reports, to include (but not limited to) on staffing, utilization, and forecasted capacity across teamsAnalyze trends in utilization and support data-driven decision making for hiring, workload balancing, project planning and others as requiredProvide ad hoc reporting support to leadership and operational teamsFirewall & Governance Management
Manage and enforce the firm’s internal firewall policies (e.g. conflict-of-interest separation between clients, sensitive projects, geographic firewalling, etc.)Track firewall approvals, maintain documentation, and act as a point of contact for firewall-related queriesComplete regular audits of compliance processes (including firewalls) to ensure internal adherencePartner with legal, compliance, and project teams to ensure adherence to confidentiality and engagement protocolsSubcontractor Management
Support effective subcontractor management by reviewing, writing and issuing contracts and ensuring all subcontractors have signed appropriate policiesSupport Resourcing Manager in ensuring feedback on subcontractors is captured and fed back to project teams as neededSupport Resourcing Manager in maintaining accurate records regarding subcontractorsCompliance
Manage any client required compliance training, to include managing third party suppliers as appropriate and maintain accurate recordsManage all client information requests, working with Account Leads and relevant internal teams, to ensure accurate data is captured and reported back to the client in a timely mannerKey Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, life sciences, or a related field3-4 years’ experience in an operations, project management, or resourcing role within a global organization (experience in consulting or life sciences is a plus)Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as required to work with teams across multiple time zonesKey Skills & Characteristics
