Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and certified ServiceNow Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing ServiceNow applications and workflows, integrating with platforms like PowerApps, and mentoring junior developers.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery within an Agile Responsibilities :
- Conduct software development activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalogs, and business rules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with PowerApps, including Power Automate and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Adhere strictly to coding standards and perform self-code reviews and peer reviews.
- Document code and technical processes per defined team guidelines.
- Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, assisting them in solving technical challenges.
- Participate in daily Agile stand-ups, provide regular updates, and report progress to onshore leads.
- Estimate development tasks, raise clarifications or suggestions for improvements on assigned stories.
- Participate in code branching and version control processes.
- Support deployment activities, release documentation, and post-deployment validations.
- Be flexible and available for production support and urgent issue resolution.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in ServiceNow Platform Development.
- Good knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Designer
- Knowledge of Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Experience in REST / SOAP API integration, IntegrationHub
- Hands-on experience Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Version control systems and release management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, GRC
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Experience with Power Platform tools : Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
- CI / CD integration and DevOps knowledge for ServiceNow
