Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team and provide high-quality support and guidance to our international clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling international clients, along with strong communication skills and expertise in software implementation and functional training. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of our software solutions, providing support throughout the entire delivery Responsibilities :

Client Support & Solutions :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs by providing tailored solutions and assisting in troubleshooting and resolving support Implementation :
• Implement software based on client-specific requirements and ensure the solution aligns seamlessly with their business & Coaching :
• Conduct individual and group training sessions to coach clients on software usage, enabling efficient use of functionalities.
• Prepare training materials and deliver functional training Engagement :
• Actively engage with customers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and map them effectively within the software Delivery Cycle :
• Accompany clients throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle, from initial configuration to final Negotiation :
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to negotiate the required resources for successful Assurance :
• Monitor and verify the development process to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to client :
• 1 years to 4 year of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role, specifically handling international Skills :
