JOB TITLE : Contract Management

GRADE : Asst. Manager

REPORTS TO : JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaison / SPOC between selling entities and factory incl. engineering teams
• Coordinate the customized requirements (product deviations) from sales teams with cross functions in the factory
• Responsible for layout engineering & communications to customers
• Responsible for sales & shipment growth
• Develop and execute the annual business planning and forecast
• Develop the market analytics and guide the product development plans
• Coordinate with selling entities to understand local market requirements and build the product roadmap and strategy
• Develop and execute the new business opportunities by enhancing the product & market coverage
• Develop and execute the sales communication plans

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution. MBA from reputed institutions shall be added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 6-9 years of total work experience which includes experience in factory operations, sales & product management. Experience in project management & experience in elevator industry shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual, cultural & national customers, sales forecasting, market analytics, business planning, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.
