Roles and Responsibilities

• Full life cycle end-to-end recruiting
• ATS worked - Success Factor will be preferred
• Experience in handling large volumes and niche skills
• Experience in Excel daily reporting / Reports preparation
• Good stakeholder management
• Soft skills : Good communication skills attitude & good data management skills
• Partnering with hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Identify engage and secure top hardworking candidates (both passive and active).
• Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
• Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs position specifications and search requirements
• Work proactively to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possibleNegotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
