Job Title : Oracle Functional Consultant

Location : Bangalore

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle ERP modules to support business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement Oracle solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Configure and implement Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, EBS, or Fusion).
Design functional specifications for customizations and interfaces.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide day-to-day support for Oracle applications and troubleshoot functional issues.
Coordinate with technical teams for development and enhancements.
Prepare documentation including functional specs, test cases, and training materials.
Conduct training sessions for end-users.
Ensure Oracle solutions comply with business processes and regulatory requirements.
Lead or support Oracle upgrades, patches, and performance tuning initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

6+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.

Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, HCM, EBS, Fusion.

Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and data flow.

Experience with full lifecycle Oracle implementations.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
