We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging, and positioning of our products. This role bridges product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet market needs and achieve commercial success.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute GTM plans for product launches and feature updates.
- Product Positioning & Messaging : Craft compelling product narratives and unique value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research & Insights : Conduct competitor analysis, customer interviews, and market research to inform product strategy and marketing tactics.
- Sales Enablement : Develop sales tools, case studies, pitch decks, and training materials to support sales teams.
- Content Development : Collaborate with content and design teams to produce blogs, landing pages, product videos, datasheets, and more.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, sales, and customer success teams to align on product priorities and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking : Measure the success of campaigns and GTM initiatives, reporting on KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
- Customer Advocacy : Identify and cultivate customer success stories and case studies that support positioning and demand generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)3–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environmentsStrong understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and competitive analysisExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projectsProficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)What We Offer
