Job Description :
Designation : Mgr. / Sr. Sales Manager (Sales)
Experience : 7-8 years
Salary : 10 lacs CTC (80% fixed + 20% variables)
JOB DESCRIPTION : -
Should have sound technical knowledge and background -Diploma / Engg.
Should understand Engineering drawings and lighting drawings.
Should have handled customers AAI, CPWD, PWD, NBCC Architects & Electrical Consultants & Contractors like Ahluwalia, Girdhari Lal, VCL, Asian Construction, PNC, Baba Construction etc.
Should be able to acquire approvals for product range from Government Authorities / Institutions, Consultants.
Should be able to generate new sales leads from Government sector / Enterprise / corporation.
Should be able to generate sales funnel for various prospects in Government Accounts / Clients.
Should be able to ensure repeat cycle of billing from Customers and coordinate Project execution.
Should be able to independently manage sales.
Should be able to develop Medium term action plans & provide monthly forecast reports to management.
Should ensure that revenue targets are achieved and be able to achieve annual sales targets.
SKILLS : -
Should be able to use Sales CRM like Zoho, Hub spot
Should have a proven track record of closing orders
Should be a Team Motivator & be self-motivated to grow the business
Should be able to work with the team on KRA's & on process improvements
Pay : ₹900,000.00-₹1,000,000.00 per year
