Marketing Manager (Performance marketing) (Fintech) – Thailand based
Our client is a fintech company is on the lookout for talented individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and eager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Department, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in crafting and implementing marketing campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and collaborate with industry leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to our website, and generating leads
- Organize and manage offline events, including conferences, trade shows, and seminars, to strengthen brand visibility and engage with clients
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, such as budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth alignment of offline events with digital marketing efforts
- Partner with creative teams to produce captivating marketing materials and collateral for both online and offline platforms
- Track and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and offline events, using analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and refine strategies
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing campaigns and event execution
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, integrating them into our strategies
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageousA minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing and event management in a similar positionStrong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertisingProven experience in organizing and executing offline events such as conferences, trade shows, and seminarsExceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for effective collaboration across various teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions and optimize strategiesProficiency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsApplication Method :
