Incident and Change Management Experience

Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management experience

Experience with disater recovery testing

Experience with Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions

Day to Day Responsibilities : Insight Global is looking for a Denodo Support Engineer offshore for the analytics team. Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to :

Denodo Administrative Support

Business As Usual Support

Technical Infrastructure Management

Help / Share Best Practices with Developers

POC on New Feature / Functionality / Changes

Denodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekend rotation from 5 AM to 5 PM PST)

Planned Downtime Support

Incident and Change Management

Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management

Service Level Reporting (SLR) / Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR)

Report Promotions

Code Review, Code Optimization and Platform Promotions

Data Sources Creation, Base view Creation / Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation / Setup, Implementation of Row / Column level security

System / Platform Upgrade Support

Vendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues)

Disaster Recovery Testing
