Job descriptionIdentify areas for process improvement and recommend quality enhancement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ISO, GMP, or other relevant certifications. Support audits, inspections, and internal quality assessments. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, deviations, and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review. Track key quality metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Guide and mentor junior quality staff to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct training programs on quality procedures, compliance, and safety standards. Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. Handle quality-related issues with customers and suppliers efficiently. Provide technical support for quality queries and complaints. Assist in supplier audits and evaluation for quality compliance. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance / control in manufacturing or production. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SOPs, and regulatory standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software / tools.

- Conduct inspections and testing of products, raw materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Review and analyze QC / QA reports and take corrective actions for non-conformance.
- Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
