Job Purpose
The job role is to be responsible for managing the product lifecycle for our fee based and / or third-party products and Privately Managed Portfolios. Development of long-term plans to grow asset book, including enhancing the advisor experience, adding new mandates, product innovation and operational improvements Monitor program sales and profitability against targets and adjust approach when necessary. Provide monthly review / insights of product sales, assets and profitability.
Main Accountabilities
Product Strategy and Management :
- . Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Wealth Management division, aligned with the company's growth objectives and client demands.
- . Lead a team of product specialists and analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and support in product development and management.
- . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Wealth Management Advisors, Investment Analysts, and Marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- . Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and ongoing management.
- . Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to ensure financial objectives are met.
- . Monitor product performance, gathering feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- . Contribute to product marketing efforts by providing input for materials, presentations, and client communication.
Partnerships and Compliance :
. Tie-up with third-party product providers, mutual funds, insurance companies, and Alternate Investment funds, etc.. Ensure compliant design and delivery of our solutions / Products, including : Mutual Funds, PE Funds, Insurance, PMS, and overseas product basket.. Ensure that the product management function is audit-ready.. Monitor program sales and profitability against targets and adjust the approach when necessary.. Provide monthly review / insights of product sales, assets, and profitability.Product Development and Innovation :
. Determine ongoing product evolution / development priorities.. Develop business cases for new products or product enhancements.. Develop and implement pricing strategies.Client Engagement and Feedback :
. Work closely with Relationship Managers and clients to understand their financial needs, gathering feedback for product enhancement.. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the wealth management product landscapeQualification : MBA / PGDBA / PGPM or Equivalent / AMFI / NISM , IRDA certified
