We are looking for a passionate, hands-on, multi-skilled Design Lead who wants to grow with us from Day 1.
Role Overview
This is a foundational creative role where you will lead and execute design across :
Product & Apparel Design DirectionBrand Guidelines & Visual IdentityWebsite Design & UI / UX (Shopify)Social Media Content & Graphic DesignProduct Shoots, Creative Direction & AdsMoodboards, Styling, Storytelling, Visual StrategyYou will work directly with the founder and shape how India sees and feels HIPCASTLE.
What You Will Do
Build and evolve HIPCASTLE’s brand aesthetic, tone, colours, typography, moodboardsCreate graphics, campaigns, reels, static posts, ads, and product visualsPlan and execute photo / video shoots (flatlay + lifestyle)Assist in product styling, packaging design, and creative ideasSupport website UI / UX improvements with the tech and product teamMaintain a clean, consistent, modern design language across all platformsBring fresh, bold, experimental ideas suitable for a growing fashion startupWho You Are
