DevDynamics.ai is seeking a talented Backend Developer with a strong foundation in Java and Go programming languages. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of SQL and data analytics, with a bonus for experience in analytics platforms similar to DevDynamics.ai. This role demands a proactive individual capable of designing end-to-end solutions and leading junior developers to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop robust backend systems using Java and Go.
• Implement, maintain, and improve data-driven applications.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Write clean, testable code and improve functionality of existing systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new features.
• Ensure that all systems meet performance and security benchmarks.
• Guide and support junior developers, providing leadership and direction.
