Java Technical Lead

What will you do

As a Java Lead you will work as part of a team on the design and implementation of java-based enterprise solutions using agile software development methodologies. You will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for the technical design and implementation of specific business areas using latest frameworks.

Job responsibilities :

• Meeting with technology managers and the design team to discuss the goals and needs of the company.
• Lead a team consisting of software developers.
• Capture functional and non-functional requirements and design technical solutions leveraging spring framework.
• Examining and defining current architecture systems.
• Designing scalable architecture systems for java-based applications.
• Efficiently coding and reviewing code also and provide technical guidance and identifying needs to implement or execute to accommodate the company's architectural goals.
• Contribute to the development process by implementing PoCs and standardizing software delivery adopting devOps practices.
• Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
• Performing validation tests, system performance tests and others to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the java environment.
• Ensure the overall quality and fit of the technical solution in addition to the overall performance of the application stack.
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles and deadlines. Assisting the software design team with application integration.

What are we looking for :

Education Qualification - Bachelors degree in software engineering or computer science.

Experience - Total Experience : 8 to 12 years,

Industry- IT / Software / BFSI / Banking / Fintech

Work arrangement 5 days working from office

Location : Noida / Bangalore
