Lead Civil Design (Water)

Job description

Lead the structural design and analysis of water treatment construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports for structural components

Conduct structural assessments and feasibility studies for proposed construction projects

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design team members

Review and approve structural designs to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness

Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural design technology and best practices

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the overall project planning and execution

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred

Experience

15 years of proven experience in structural design for water treatment construction projects
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex structural designs
Experience in managing and leading design teams

Locations : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
