NET Developer (47 Years Experience).

Company :

Location :

47-A, Opposite Maida Mill, Arera Hills, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462011.

Interview Mode : Face to Face.

Experience Required :

4-8 Years.

Industry :

IT / Government Projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate actively as a core team member in the development and delivery of more than 5 government or enterprise projects.

Lead or contribute to turnkey IT assignments, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable .NET applications.

Drive innovation by generating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new technologies and solutions.

Benchmark technologies and recommend best-fit solutions to meet business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with CMMi Level 5 processes and standards.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience :

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in .NET development.

Proven experience across at least 2 turnkey IT assignments.

Demonstrated working experience on government IT projects.

Executed roles as a part of development teams in 5 or more projects.

Experience with technology benchmarking and evaluation.

Self-driven with the ability to independently create and demonstrate PoCs.

Conversant with CMMi Level 5 framework and quality processes.

Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.

Experience with SQL Server and relational database management.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).

Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI / CD practices is a plus.
