DevOps Engineer - HFT

Our client, a leading global trading firm, is expanding its trading operations team and is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support both infrastructure and trading workflows.

This role is based in Gurugram and will focus on managing and enhancing on-premise infrastructure, Linux systems, automation, CI / CD pipelines, container platforms, observability, and broader platform engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with infrastructure, development, and trading teams to ensure highly reliable, scalable, and performance-driven systems across global markets

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins (Pipeline-as-Code, shared libraries, distributed agents). Work with GitLab CE / EE, including runners and self-hosted workflow automation.
• Handle enterprise storage systems : NAS, NetApp, HPE 3PAR / Nimble.
• Work on cluster upgrades, operators, networking, storage classes, monitoring, and security hardening.
• Manage observability stack with Prometheus + Thanos / Cortex / Mimir for metrics.
• Build dashboards and alerts in Grafana / Grafana Enterprise
• Perform vulnerability and compliance scanning using OpenSCAP, Anchore, Trivy, Clair.
• Work with SELinux / AppArmor in enforcing mode.
• Manage backups for DBs, VMs, and applications.
