Salesforce Developer - Apex / Lightning Component Framework

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other relevant technologies.
• Utilize OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) extensively to build user-friendly and efficient customer journeys.
• Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to build and configure solutions tailored to the financial services industry.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Perform thorough testing and ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.
• Work effectively in a remote environment and communicate proactively with & Experience :
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce
• Proven and strong prior experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Heavy and demonstrable experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Record-triggered Flows,
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Apex development, including Triggers, Classes, and Batch Jobs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative development tools.
• Experience with data modeling, data migration, and data integration within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to (Nice To Have) :
• Salesforce certifications (e.g, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with CI / CD tools and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
