Remote Performance-Based Compensation)

We're hiring an experienced Business Development Partner to help bring in high-value digital projects. This is a fully remote, performance-driven role with a project-linked earnings model. There is no fixed monthly salary - your compensation directly reflects the business you generate.

About the Role

  • Remote-first, outcome-oriented role
  • No fixed pay - performance-based payout per closed project
  • Focused on high-ticket digital services : websites, mobile / web apps, UX-UI design and development, branding, MVPs
  • Work closely with the founder on proposals, strategy, and execution planning
  • Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on results
  • Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads
  • Engage directly with decision-makers : founders, CXOs, directors
  • Build a strong lead pipeline through your own methods (LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, etc.)
  • Deliver contextual, consultative pitches no templates, no mass mailers
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end : outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and closing
  • What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in closing B2B deals for digital services or products
  • Strong understanding of digital delivery workflows (UX-UI, development, branding)
  • Confident, independent, and results-focused not waiting for direction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and lead management skills
  • Self-managed, proactive, and accountable
