Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Dynamic 365 Trainer. Responsibilities include designing and delivering organized training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, guiding students through technical content, and assisting them in gaining practical knowledge and skills. The trainer will also provide mentorship, answer questions, and ensure that learners are well-prepared for real-world implementation. This position requires ongoing support during scheduled sessions and flexibility to work with diverse learners at varying skill levels.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules such as CRM, ERP, or related functionalities
• Demonstrated ability to teach and explain complex technical topics in a simple and clear manner
• Experience in creating training materials, including presentations and hands-on exercises
• Proficiency in delivering virtual classroom sessions and utilizing online training tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
• Background in IT training or education is highly preferred
