Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location : Remote | Department : Sales and Marketing | Type : Full-time | Salary : ₹4–8 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives

ConvertPolo.com is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying leads for our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and digital marketing services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads, engage prospects through outbound campaigns, and schedule discovery calls for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Research and identify potential clients across the D2C and eCommerce sectors
Execute outbound outreach via email, , and calls
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit and intent
Maintain CRM data and report weekly KPIs
Give feedback to the Marketing team about Lead quality and Campaign impact

Requirements :

1+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing agency

Excellent communication and persuasive skills

Self-starter attitude with strong follow-through
