Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Gurugram. The selected candidate will focus on identifying and generating new leads, conducting thorough market research, and managing the lead qualification process. Daily responsibilities include networking, maintaining an organized leads database, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies. Clear communication and a proactive approach will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Experience in Market Research and leveraging data to identify opportunities
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience or knowledge of sales processes
• Ability to manage and organize lead databases effectively
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
