Job description

We are looking for Sales Managers to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy for generating business from domestic & international market and building out a team across enterprises. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

Location – Noida (Only Noida candidates can apply)

CTC – Upto 3LPA

Experience - 0 to 1.5years (Freshers from Noida location can also apply)

No. of Openings – 2

Notice period : Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities-

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and individual sales targets.
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Develop domestic as well as international clientele base.
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities, Research and analyze sales options.
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Cold calling and generating the leads from social networks, maintaining Sales data in CRM Software.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Ability to up-sell & cross-sell.

Key Requirements :

  • Must have good experience in selling AR / VR technologies.
  • Minimum Qualification- Any Graduate. Candidate with technical graduation will be preferred.
  • Competency in English. Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results. Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker & passionate about sales. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in domestic & international market.
  • Experience in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan.
  • Experience in building and growing a channel.
  • Experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.
