Key Responsibilities-
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and individual sales targets.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Develop domestic as well as international clientele base.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities, Research and analyze sales options.
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
- Cold calling and generating the leads from social networks, maintaining Sales data in CRM Software.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Build and maintain professional networks.
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
- Ability to up-sell & cross-sell.
Key Requirements :
Must have good experience in selling AR / VR technologies.Minimum Qualification- Any Graduate. Candidate with technical graduation will be preferred.Competency in English. Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results. Ability to create and deliver presentations.Fast learner and quick thinker & passionate about sales. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.Experience in domestic & international market.Experience in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan.Experience in building and growing a channel.Experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.
