As we grow our presence, we are looking for a dynamic  Head of Sales  to lead and drive strategic revenue across key segments.

The Role :

As Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy. Your core focus will include  MICE, travel agents, corporate bookings, weddings , and responding to evolving  market demands . We're seeking someone with deep industry knowledge, strong networks, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities across MICE, weddings, corporate, and travel segments.
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, event planners, and corporate clients.
• Create and execute sales strategies aligned with current market trends and demands.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value bookings and contracts.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
