What you’ll be doing :
Act as the sole driver of end-to-end recruitment , from sourcing to offer
Handle high-volume mandates with speed, focus, and precision
Deep-dive into niche tech hiring and bring in top talent for hard-to-fill roles
Be the primary point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders
Ensure seamless delivery and consistent updates on progress and closures
Work independently, manage priorities, and keep the momentum going
This is a pure individual contributor role — no sourcing team, no hand-holding — just your grit, energy, and ability to deliver.

What You’ll Bring
Technology recruitment experience, preferably with a staffing firm or product-led company
Proven success in hiring across core technology and data verticals including Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and UI / UX Design
Familiarity with Recruiter, Naukri, and job board optimization
Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder management skills
A high sense of ownership, speed, and comfort with changing priorities
